I know I saw a lot of fava beans in Turkey but haven't eaten them. If it is or if it isn't, I'd love to know how you serve the beans! Thanks for the tip about the sausage. My husband tried it once from a Middle Eastern store but it ended up being bad and he hasn't bought it since. There's a great store though not far from us so I'll have to see if they have it and get it there. Thank you! Turkish Breakfast - Blog Entry23 May 2006 09:11 PM Isn't it though! It doesn't bog you down. It's fresh and lovely, and the produce in Turkey is a feast for the eyes and the palate! And Turkish Coffee..my husband loves to make it. Do you make it at home? He's better at getting the froth on the top than I am. I like mine with cok sekerli (lots of sugar). :-) Tzatziki - A Yummy Greek Dip - Blog Entry23 May 2006 02:42 PM Hope you enjoy it, Jaime! When Baby Falls - Trust Your Instincts - Blog Entry22 May 2006 10:39 AM Yes, falls do happen - all too often in fact. It's scary when they are more serious than we anticipate. I'm glad your little ones were okay. Mine usually are too. It's that time when they aren't that I wanted to warn parents about. Parents shouldn't panic, but they shouldn't assume all is okay either. That's why I think parents should trust their instincts, especially moms. If it feels okay to you it likely is. If it doesn't get it checked out. Muffaletta - A Stuffed Italian Sandwich - Blog Entry22 May 2006 08:44 AM You're welcome! I love them too.
