I agree, Sherry. I had the most luck losing weight with a low carb plan, and kept the weight off for 3 years before becoming pregnant. However, since then, I haven't been able to stick to a low-carb plan. Aargh! Guess that's what New Year's resolutions are for, huh? :)

Hehe--sorry. I hear ya, though. Seems like my dieting intentions are going straight out the window this holiday season--at least New Year's is just around the corner. I know I shouldn't wait until then, but until after Christmas, hoping for anything other than moderation is simply not practical. :_
