You should! Just make sure to let the dough cool before adding frosting! Add anything you want and top with anything you want--that's the great thing about them. Let me know how you like them!

Enjoy! And Mary Ann, the peanut butter cookie dough or the chocolate chip cookie dough makes a divine pie crust for peanut butter pie, too. Just make sure you use a deep dish pie pan because otherwise it'll be too thick...adjust the cooking time for your own oven--you want the dough to be cooked through and turning just lightly golden.
