I really love pesto. My husband-not so much. The store-bought ones are actually very good. I'll post a blog on homemade pesto this week. :-)

I know there are some expensive ones in gourmet food stores. I just got mine at Target. It's the Breadman brand and it's worked out great for us...and it was under $40 which was good! Thank you :)

AUGH! I just realized I forgot to add the basil in the recipe. When you make this, add 1/4-1/2 cup of fresh basil leaves. Sorry 'bout that!

I am so glad you posted this. My husband loves beats. I think the reason nobody says it is that no one knows how to cook them, or, like me, they've never tried and only have experience eating canned beats. Hopefully others will see this and give beats a try! I know I will. Thank you!
