Ironing socks and underwear, now there is a perfectionist! Have you ever tried any of those wrinkle sprays? I haven't, but supposedly, you just spray the garment and pull at it to get the wrinkles out.

It is so true. I tried counseling a friend who decided to go back to work full time, even though she wanted to stay home with her child. She was in tears because they needed the income.

At the same time, she scoffed at the idea of cutting the cable bill, cooking means from basic ingredients and doing without the once a week maid service or the third car (for emergencies).

We have the same problem here with the staining when we use shower curtains in the actual showers. I found that spraying the curtain with a 50-50 solution of vinegar after use seems to eliminate this. The vinegar has to be freshly mixed and higher concentrations don't seem to work as well. Hope that helps
