Breastfeeding requires an investment, so perhaps that is a factor as well. I am sorry to here about your buy Samual. Some people do actually breast feed for their own benefit, such as weight-loss.

So far, the credit card companies can't see what you buy just where you buy. So to them, shopping at Lord & Taylor is less risky behavior than shopping at Goodwill, because you know only people who have trouble paying their bills shop at Goodwill ;P

That is an interesting theory. So perhaps in certain cases breastfeeding might even be prescribed by a doctor.

You can get great deals on toiletries with coupons, especially when they are doubled or tripled. I routinely get free toothpaste this way.

Dried beans are easier to prepare than you might think, especially if you use your crockpot!

Our BJs here doesn't double coupons--lucky girl!

It could be a vicious cycle. Stuff tends to expand to the size of your home. We recently purchased (at the thrift store) a Star Wars play tent for the kids. Now it does fold up, but it would never have fit in our old home which means we wouldn't have purchased it!
