That is the nice things about Baked Ziti. You can make it as large as your largest pans. If you have a big stock put, boil up a couple of boxes of pasta, and then distribute the ziti into lasagna pans (disposable ones are easy). Wrap and freeze.

Bill--Good point on the humidity. I would have to do a cost comparison, but running a cold mist humidifier as needed might be most cost effective, since the bulk of energy costs are related to heating.
