Going Veggie to lose weight

Well I dropped 10 pounds. Out of sheer whatever. probably running around all the time. The veggie diet is not bad at all.

Going Veggie to lose weight

I Need to drop about 20 pounds. Exercising and what I currently eat is not working, so I am trying to to vegetarian (not vegan) to lose the weight.

Ideas for Halloween costumes????

Coupla ideas we have done. It depends on how the kids approach halloween and if they get scared or if they realize the scariness is part of the fun.
