But so far I saved $260 on food because I am eating less. So my cost per # is $1. All I do to take off the pounds and keep them off is to take a photo of each thing that I eat. So far that comes to 1000's of food photos. I have keep the weight off for 3 year now. So I think taking photos of what you eat is the lowest cost way of taking off weight (cost per pound).
