Why I Wouldn't Wish Twins on Anyone - Blog Entry

02 Aug 2007 12:17 PM

I used to always want to have twins, but when I had my first child I realized one at a time was enough. My heart goes out to all you who have twins, both finding the time and spending the money it takes to have two at a time. I think in many things (strollers etc) you get soaked with the price. I am a professional oragnizer who helps women organize their time and resources. On my web site I have timely organizing tips in my blog. You may find things there that can help you as a mother of twins. http://www.marilynbohn.com

Letting Them Really "BE" Teenagers - Blog Entry

I was a child abuse investigator for about 10 years and I found that a lot of conflice between parents and teenagers stemed from the parents not realizing their children were growing up and they needed to treat them like teens and not the little children they used to be. I have 5 daughters and my favorite age were the teen years. I could talk with them and do things with them and they could tell me their needs. Marilyn

W is for Walking - Blog Entry

01 Aug 2007 11:15 AM

I jogged for 24 years and the last 6 years I have had to go to walking. I have to go between 5:15 am and 6:00 am or I just don't do it. I find the 4 miles I walk 6 days a week really add to my feeling of well being. The days I don't get out I find myself not being as productive, so after getting dressed that is #1 on my list every day. I am a professional organizer and I think walking every morning clears my mind and gets me motivated to do other projects during the day

What I Don't Miss About Co-workers - Blog Entry

What I don't miss about not working in an office is the time I wasted by having people drop by and think I could chat at any time. I like socializing, but I also like doing my job! I telecomutted for 12 years for the State and now I have my own Professional Organizing Business. I love not working in an office!
