I wrote and self published a special needs children's social story based on my daughter's first preschool show. The story validates children's feelings and gives parents important information on how Meghan overcame her SPD. We wanted to share Meghan's story so that it would give hope and inspiration to children and families dealing with SPD and ASD. I am also a Reiki Master/Teacher and I enjoy doing yoga. Our journey through SPD has made me appreciate the simple things in life and has lead me down a spiritual journey as well. I enjoy meditating and being outdoors. I love to go to the movies and enjoy being with my family and friends. I have a positively fun outlook on life. |
