Growing up I had a chocolate point Himalayan named Buster. I loved him and he loved me! He slept on my bed after I left home. He was the sweetest, most affectionate cat I ever owned. I would love to have another one, except that my husband is allergic to cats. I have told him that if he dies before me, the first thing I'm going to do is get a Himalayan.

I tried the recipe last night. I ended up adding a bit more milk and some butter. It's a very dense cake, but good. I've seen several other recipes online. If you are interested, do a google search for scripture cake.

Sounds yummy! This is a recipe I'll pass to my husband. He makes all the "fancy" stuff with fun ingredients. I pass all the recipes that I'd like to eat, but not cook, to him. Although this doesn't look to difficult.
