Mission Possible: My Confession - Blog Entry18 Jul 2007 06:25 AM I've noticed what helped me was smaller plates and eating 6 times a day, lots of fruits and veggies, lots of water, no more than 3 slices of bread a day, one substitute (1/2 cup) a day (past, patatoe, rice), no sugars and low fat....I love what you're doing Val....Good luck! |
