Declutter Your Life

We rotate as well, but still had too many out. Right now I've got two closets full of toys. I really do need to get rid of some of them. I have a plan to do it, now I just need to find a free day or two to get it done. Thanks for your comment!

Health and Spirituality

Thanks for your comments. I agree that there are times when you are having a hard time feeling the spirit and it may be a result of physical depression. However taking care of our bodies may include going to a doctor and getting help with anti depressants. Elder Scott gave an excellent talk recently about how to overcome abuse that may cause these feelings --it can be a difficult process. Ultimately, I am not saying that not taking care of your body is the only way to cause negative feelings, but that by taking care of it, it makes it easier to overcome other things that may be causing those feelings.

Also I'm not suggesting that we strive for a "model-perfect" body, but rather a feeling of health and well being.

Thanks for your insights!

Saying No

That is a great analogy and really fits what I was trying to write about. It is important to allow time to strengthen and renew yourself each day and every week. As you do this you'll have the strength you need to serve and help others. Thanks for your comment!

Visit Your Home Storage Center

Thanks, Lisa! Without having a fatalistic attitude, I think it is important that everyone prepares for an emergency and stores some food to help with times that they can't get to a grocery store or when money gets tight. Thanks for your comment!
