My doctor called me yesterday and told me that my blood work from Monday showed I was pregnant!

Omg!!!

I went to my doctor on Monday for my checkup to figure out why I still hadn't had my period. I previously had two BFPs followed by BFN after BFN, so I was not very hopeful.

can you ovulate twice in one cycle? I don't know...hmmm...I will have to do some research on that. Meanwhile, I am now 20DPO, CD43 and my temp continues to climb...

Don't feel silly at all! It sounds like it could be an implantation dip, because after all, implantation takes place when your period would have normally happened!
