Its downhill from here

That is what my doctor told me last Thursday at my 30 week appt.

Everything looked good at my appt. Elizabeth's heartrate was 164 and I only gained 2lbs.

My doctor told me that she was going to check my previous appts and look at my weight gain and then talk to me if its something serious.

I also talked to her about having my tubes tied. Yes to me that is a very big thing because I never thought that I would be getting my tubes tied.

I have done the research and talked to him about how I feel about it all. He does know that he will have to take at least a week off from work to help me out around the house. He said that is no problem. Which of course I will love because I will be pampered.

My doctor told me that she doesn't do it until 4 weeks after the baby is born. That will be no problem. I really don't know if I could have it done right after the baby is born. My mother will be here and sometimes she likes to be in control with taking care of me or telling us what to do.

My pregnancy is going really good. I am though getting to the point where I am so ready to have her. I am having a bit of backaches and the pelvic pain. Which I have been dealing with the pelvic pain for awhile now and it is very aggervating.

I think our boys are ready to meet their sister! Alex everyday will hug and kiss my belly. He loves feeling his sister have the hiccups and move. Joey feels her move and hiccups but really doesn't show his excitement yet. We know that it is because he is still young. I think once she is born he will start being more involved with his sister.

My DH~Eric is excited and loves feeling her move along with kick him at night. Him and I are both totally nervous about this being our first girl. We will get the hang of it but it will take us time.

It'll seem more "real" once she's here! I 'm glad your little one's are a big part of your pregnancy and hope that they transition well. Glad your mum is able to help out when you get surgery...It'll go fine. They usually do a laproscpoic procedure that leaves you with 3 small incisions...you recover real fast this way. Hope all goes well! Good luck Penny! I can't wait to read your birth story and see your little princess!
