Call me a dreamer if you want, but that is a parent's job! Why is it okay to just have kids, not teach them anything, and then throw them out into the world? And I do not want my kids taught about birth control, either. I don't want them receiving condoms in school. They are being taught to respect themselves and to value their bodies. When they are old enough, they will learn that sex is a special gift between married people. Call me crazy, call me naive, but I think THAT is the kind of sex ed kids need! It's kind of funny, because doctors had said we couldn't get pregnant w/ out drugs. So, when I got pregnant I figured my daughter was a miracle. Didn't even think of using BC. And I did NOT baby train or use a pacifier. Actually, I WAS a pacifier. Anyway, we went through so much to have kids-- infertility, terrible pregnancies, bedrest, etc...
