Can't Sleep

It's 2 a.m. and I can't sleep. I'm so thankful it's a Friday night--well, actually Saturday morning.  I recall writing a blog on sleep. I'm not sure if it's been published yet though. Maybe I need to take some of my own advice. I feel like such a slug today. I really ought to go have myself a good workout tomorrow so I can feel revived again. It seems I've become such a home body lately.

Journaling

Journaling is something I've always found great pleasure in doing. Getting my thoughts and my life events on paper, or in this case, the computer gives me a sense of release of life's worries. By writing my own journal, my thoughts are mine and my writing is dictated by no one. As a teen I found it so easy to just write. I would write out my prayers to God then look back and reflect.

Anyone have a baby with Torticolis?

Our little girl who is 6 mo. is being treated for Torticollis. Everyone found her head tilt to be so cute.

McCain on SNL

I loved McCain too. LOL, the "McCain fine gold" LOL That was great. While SNL is heavily bias, I really have gotten some great laughs off Tina's impression of Palin!

Church Service Music

We have accoustic and electric guitars, bass, drums, keyboard, saxaphone, clarenet (sp?), flute, bongos, tamborines... Not all are used consistantly at the same time.

Children's Sermons - Does Your Church Have These?

Our church has Children's Church for the kids where they are divided by age or grade. The middle schoolers are together though as are the high schoolers each in their own groups.

Thanks for the head's up! We started the first 3 eps. of season 3 last night and it's good so far. I hope season 7 will continue in the same creative fashion as the first 4 were.

Hi Ladies! You have another 24 fan in the group now. Decided to add to my TV addiction (addicted to Lost). So dh and I have been borrowing and recording past seasons so we'll be caught up.
