Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

My mother in law, Tina, was diagnosed this past October with Breast cancer. She had a full masectomy in November and is now recieving Chemotherapy treatments. She is doing wonderful! The reason for my jounal entry today is to ask for support and donations. We have started a team to walk for breast cancer awarness. It will be held on May 31st at Progressive Field in Cleveland, OH.

No surgery today!

I just wanted to update. In my last journal entry i had said that my daughter, Katlynn, was to have surgery today (April 9). We went to the hospital at 7 this morning to find out that she had a fever! So they cancelled her surgery. She has had no symptoms of being sick, just the fever. So we dont know what is wrong with her.

Getting ready for another surgery

Well, my oldest daughter Katlynn-6 is getting ready for another surgery. She has had countless shunt surgeries, due to Hydrocephalous. Now she is going to have surgery on her hip. She has struggled with her hip being slightly out of place for a few years now. The Dr. said that as long as it stayed "just slightly out of place" she would be able to compensate for it.
