Timing

Does a couple ever agree on the timing of a second child?  Before Jason and I were married we decided to trust the Lord and willingly receive any blessings He would give us.  A blessing was given very quickly in that Leah was born 9 months to the day after our wedding.  I could not have imagined how wonderful motherhood was going to be.  I could stare at her all day long in awe that she was created by the Lord and, of course, there are those overwhelming feelings that this person is a combination of my husband and me.  In short, I am happy in my life and situation as it is right now.  Jason is ready for more blessings!  He occasionally reminds me of our pre-marital decisions and I contemplate often whether my position in this is wrong.  I feel wrong in that I want to control the distance between my first two children when we decided to put that decision in God's hands.  I am close to relenting.
