I'm definitely not suggesting anyone try to repeat this on their own, or participate in a similar study! I simply thought it was an interesting study, with interesting results. Study participants are generally screened to make sure that their symptoms/health issues/etc fit the study appropriately.

Hahaha it's like DefCon Five (the military alert level)... basically, it's what I call it when I'm super stressed out. :D And I actually got it backwards, apparently DefCon Five is the lowest level of alert, and DefCon One is the highest level of alert!
