Well, it's not like one move boosts your immune system and another move improves your memory... all the moves together (or any series of moves you might learn at a qigong class) benefit a person all over. I don't think doing just one move will get you very far... :)

We have an orange cat at the boarding facility -- he was wandering around the parking lot (a stray) and came running into the facility when one of the gals opened the door. Fearless indeed! Nobody's come to claim him, so he's up for adoption. We'll find him a good home, I'm sure.

Thanks for the question, Pam! I didn't know, so I looked it up. The term melamine is used to refer to both a chemical substance and melamine resin, a plastic made by polymerization. So I think those plastic dishes are a processed/altered version of the stuff that poisoned all those dogs and cats last year -- they're made from melamine and formaldehyde, according to Wikipedia.
