Passive Aggressive Male traits

I've been reading about the PA male and my X is a text book example. Does anyone have a similar experience?  I'm wondering how to deal with him now as an X.   He hasn't signed a separation agreement and hasn't provided any support, despite the fact that he makes $130K and I make $41K.   I no longer react to his criticism, blame, ridicule.

Does this make sense?

I have been separated since Aug 2007, raising 13- and 15-yr-old daughters.  Every conversation with X involves him getting v. angry and ending conversation without resolution.  I am extremely thankful he is gone and I no longer have daily conversations like this, however I still must deal with issues like the one below.
