Passive Aggressive Male traits

I've been reading about the PA male and my X is a text book example. Does anyone have a similar experience?  I'm wondering how to deal with him now as an X.   He hasn't signed a separation agreement and hasn't provided any support, despite the fact that he makes $130K and I make $41K.   I no longer react to his criticism, blame, ridicule.  I try to remain calm and polite when he drags up old info or brings in tangential, irrelevant claims.  When will he get tired of this game with me?  He was seeing a neighborhood woman (an X friend of mine), why isn't he preoccupied with her now?  What is the risk to my daughters?
