What great advice. It is so easy to focus on what our spouse needs to change. Then everything is their problem. We can only change ourselves. Often we find others responding to the new way we are acting. It can change a destructive cycle into one of growth.

My youngest son is mentally disabled, but has still advanced through the priesthood. Last Sunday he blessed the Sacrament for the first time as a priest. Needless to say, I had tears in my eyes and many others in the ward were also touched. What a blessing. I hope that I can witness the same from my grandson some day.

I didn't have a particularly good experience with scouts, but both of my sons have. They are both eagle scouts with the oldest on a mission. Scouting did a lot for both of them.

I remember an incident when I was in first grade. I had friend who was Catholic. One day the school bullies chased him all the way from school to his house yelling and shouting at him. His family moved a very short time later. I still don't understand why it happened.

We did alright with our first 3 daughters, but number 4 has been more of a problem. She thinks we are just old fuddy duddies. Do you have any suggestions about how we can get through to her?

I like to study the scriptures shortly before I go to bed, I always sleep better that way. It is best though, not to wait until I am too sleepy.
