I really had to laugh at the big breasts little waist! When I had my first child everyone told me bfing will take you to pre-pregnancy wait in no time. So I did not try, and stayed big! I had the huge breasts, and a huge waist to match

Funny I found it helped me more, I paid more attention to what I was eating, and moved aroung more. I did not gain over the holidays, and all I did was walk. Now that they are over, my weight loss goal is not a New Years resolution, because I started before new years. It was easier for me to stick to it.

10,000 is a lot! I started out wearing mine and got about 5000. So I started doing little thing to get more steps. taking long ways, parking farther away, putting toys up 2 at a time so I had to make more trips. I made myself to the 10,000 before going on my walk. I have now upped my goals, I went from 10,000 to 12,500 to 15,000, now I am going for 17,500.
