Disciplining Someone Else's Child - Blog Entry28 Dec 2006 12:43 PM I remember as a child, I listen to adults. If an adult that I knew told me no, I knew their word was just as good as my moms. Disciplining begins at home, if a child is not disciplined at home, then no matter what anyone says to them, they most likely wont listen. I will approach the parent first if I don't know them, if it is my niece/nephew I will do it myself. Every child and parent is different, you must adjust to each one instantly, and hopefully correctly.
