Headaches, may mean dehydration.... get fresh air regularly ... light regular walks etc.

Zinc like ointments from the chemist for this problem does work for some, hope it goes away soon. Do not understand why your Um Doctor does not recommend something anything ...

Hi, what diet are you on? eat alot of fresh food, stay off anything food that would create this Yeast infection. ( Lots of Yogurt a great food source for balancing these infections.
