Jeremy:

We're here in Texas now, I think of you more now than ever. I wonder if you were allowed to celebrate your birthday or if your foster family does not celebrate such events.  I will always worry that you are happy and safe, until the day I finally see you again.  I am sad thinking you will not remember me or the family because of your young age. I hope there will be a glimmer left when we see each other again.

May God watch over you always, and know you have always been and always will be in my prayers.
