At my age, I just keep trying to keep the body that can get though the doorway. LOL! Not so funny when you live in such a body. I can't do it alone. I really think I need a personnal trainer 24/7 HA, LOL! like that's going to happen. Help! I've had friends come over and walk with me but it never lasts.
