Thanks for all of the support! It's day 2 and so far so good! I got rid of all of the ashtrays, and that seems to help a little...but I tell you what....

Well....so far this is day 1 and I am doing ok with it so far. Been snacking a little more...so I guess I should start using my treadmill.

Stop smoking tip

I am going to try a few of these tips. I quit for two years and then my mother had a stroke and I had to pull her off of lif support and I have been smoking ever since.

Well, I have finally decided I want to quit smoking. The new no smoking laws go into effect in January and I just realized how much money I would save by not smoking.

what kind of vehicle do you drive?

Right now I drive a Chevy Blazer, but like you I am tall and I have been looking at newer SUV's and I really like the Honda Element. It has a ton of legroom and is very spacious.
