HAHAHAHAHA! And I love the Phantom reference...clever! Sky High: A High School for Superheroes10 Sep 2007 03:23 PM What a fun movie! I caught this on ABC Family last night while I was eating dinner. Reminiscent of Harry Potter with an American slant. I thought the writing was clever too, and overall I just thought it was a great family-friendly fun movie. Pleasantly surprised! Did You Get Your Wii?10 Sep 2007 12:39 PM We got a Wii this weekend! I LOVE IT! It's even better that how it looked in the ads. Feel the Love Day: How I'm Celebrating10 Sep 2007 09:27 AM Thanks, Michele! Wayne had an AWESOME day after all. And you're right, those neighbors are peaches for sure. We are sorely going to miss them when we move. The View On "The View"-Whoopi on Vick's Dogfighting Case06 Sep 2007 12:41 PM I like Whoopi too and I'm sorry to hear her comments were so misconstrued. 06 Sep 2007 10:05 AM Sometimes it doesn't matter how long you date someone before you see, as Karri said, "The way that a person was raised greatly affects his/her beliefs, actions, and values." Sometimes these things lay dormant for a while and aren't brought out until you're married and dealing with things that come with marriage. Like kids. The important thing is it sounds like both Karri and her husband realize their differences and are making adjustments to accommodate the other's needs. ;) Leona Helmsley's $12 Million Bequest to Her Dog05 Sep 2007 03:12 PM What a bummer to hear. Hopefully the housekeeper likes Trouble. Or hopefully they'll hurry up and find some pet nannies who will! Night at the Museum03 Sep 2007 04:05 PM I was not expecting much from this movie. It hadn't gotten good reviews and some good friends who saw it in the theater told us they weren't impressed. (And we usually have the same taste in movies.) But then my sister saw it at the dollar flick and loved it. She said I HAD to see it. So I put it in my Netflix queue and sort of forgot about it. Until it's time on the list was up to be sent to our house. I LOVED it! It was an old-fashioned kind of family-fun movie. I lent it to our across the street neighbors because their 10-yr-old loves history and comedy, and his brother likes comedy and action, so... They could not stop laughing about it and even the parents said how much they enjoyed it too. I was so happy to have someone else to share it with. The "Give me some gum-gum, dumb-dumb" is by far the most repeated line between us now. =) Historical Pups: Lewis & Clark's Dog Seaman03 Sep 2007 03:30 PM How cool! The dog that helped discover the west.
