Dean,

I have seen that trick done. Where I worked you would have gotten in trouble for doing that though. It is always good to get names, phone extensions, everything you can and write it down.

I've bought out of print impossible to find cds for 99 cents and a dollar shipping.

If you collect something, there is a good chance eBay has lowered the average price of an item by opening up a much larger market than your local flea market scene. Although thats not always the case. The very rare item usually goes for more than it did before because of the greater demand.

Just my experiences. YMMV.
