I so totally agree, they never suspected anything with the other shootings, even with the kids made it point blank that something was going wrong. BAD PARENTING- you can control what your kid does. WHO LETS THEIR 14 YEAR OLD BOY HAVE WEAPONS ANYWAYS. All of its just beyond me.

Should You Include Your Child on a Date? - Blog Entry

11 Oct 2007 01:21 PM

I agree, including your child to early can altogether be a disastor. The child could like or dislike your date though. Mentioning you'd like to do something with your child is a big step that I don't think I could take. I'd probaly state something like "Kelsie and I are going to the park saturday, you can come if you'd like." Great Blog, by the way.

I, also, have great admiralety[sp] for single parents. I remember growing up and the same situations happen. The other parents having to 'check' my mom out. Some evening having the nerve to ask me, "Why isnt your mom married?" "Where's your dad?". I remember one day in 5th grade one of my friends mothers had told her that she couldn't come over my house because we were and 'uncatholic' family. I asked her how her mother knew our religion wasn't catholic, and she went on to say "catholic parents don't divorce." That is a day i think i'll never forget.

Do We Expect More Responsibility From Our Kids? - Blog Entry

Most kids, now and days, assume that chores are the parents responsibility. Recently, I've opted to take care of my brothers oldest child, while he's is getting his life together. She loves to use the excuse "Thats the adults job, not mine." Oh, how it makes me want to tell her how it is. I think that the more responsibilty the child has the more responsibilty he/she will have/take on in their home when they get older.

I totally agree, why should single parents look at life as the final draft. One ending is only a new beginning.
