I'm so thankful it's a Friday night--well, actually Saturday morning.&nbsp; I recall writing a blog on sleep. I'm not sure if it's been published yet though. Maybe I need to take some of my own advice.   
I feel like such a slug today. I really ought to go have myself a good workout tomorrow so I can feel revived again. Getting my thoughts and my life events on paper, or in this case, the computer gives me a sense of release of life's worries. By writing my own journal, my thoughts are mine and my writing is dictated by no one.    
As a teen I found it so easy to just write. I would write out my prayers to God then look back and reflect.]]></description></item></channel></rss>
