(They are now both older.) 90% of boys this age do not like to take baths or shower and could care less about personal hygiene. Most boys this age are too busy out on their bikes, playing in dirty, doing sports, fishing, etc. That's where the dad steps in and makes certain that it happens. Apparently this dad is not making certain that things are kept tidy. My choice? I'm pro circumcision. Just think....this 9 yo can continue with the bladder infections, go into kidney infections, even renal failure. Too bad he didn't have two little snips when he was a newborn. At an older age, general anesthesia is required. DH's uncle had to have his done at the age of 25. That was not fun at all. If a same sex couple or a couple of the opposite sex wishes to live together, use the same insurance plan together, live in the same house. That's their choice. What is the most important thing is that we all get to Heaven to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This comes from the Holy Spirit into our very beings. It is a gift from God, our loving Father. We believe in infant Baptisms, but I can appreciate and respect the belief that others prefer Baptism to come at an older age.
