We were at the pumpkin patch last weekend and it was beautiful! We had fresh homemade apple pie alamode (we brought our own ice cream). What happy memories. Taking photos is a must.

Great tips, Nicole! McD's also has 12 coupons for $1.00 for Trick or Treat. Never make homemade goodies to get out to treaters coming to your door. It just is a safety issue these days. None candy items, like those small party toys from the Dollar Store are a great idea. I'm passing out WWJD bracelets and little keychains with crosses. Thanks for sharing, Nicole!

Another key point is to have other parents keep on eye on your teenaged driver and report back if there is any concern. "It takes a village to raise a child." My boys also know that grades impact the cost of insurance, so good grades were a must before that driver's license was even considered. Knock on wood, let's keep our teens safe while driving.

Being a person, who previously had back surgery, I can relate to each of those suggestions. Vaccumming is a big problem for those of us with back problems. The vibrations can exacerbate an allready strained back. Good body mechanics are a big plus!
