I have a friend that always brings her own sheets to motels or condos and a big can of lysol too. Apparently they make travel sheets where the top sheet and the bottom sheet are sewn together at the foot for easier making the bed. Reading about the infestations of bedbugs.......Ewwwwuuuuuu!

Father Blocks Circumcison

Well, I have had 2 sons both at age 9. (They are now both older.) 90% of boys this age do not like to take baths or shower and could care less about personal hygiene. Most boys this age are too busy out on their bikes, playing in dirty, doing sports, fishing, etc. That's where the dad steps in and makes certain that it happens.

Apparently this dad is not making certain that things are kept tidy.

My choice? I'm pro circumcision.

Just think....this 9 yo can continue with the bladder infections, go into kidney infections, even renal failure.

Too bad he didn't have two little snips when he was a newborn.

At an older age, general anesthesia is required. DH's uncle had to have his done at the age of 25. That was not fun at all.

I have to applaude MJ for this blog.

This is an excellent example of taking a stand for your religious beliefs. Some individuals just gently 'go with the flow' as evil and the dark side are twisted as good and a positive influence.

This list can includes childrens books, tv shows like 'Bewitched,' and 'Sabrina the Teenaged Witch,'; movies, even the radio, and music.

There are so many other choices for children, like Veggie Tales that would be a better choice.

Or just go outside and play a game of catch with your kids. That's even better!

This is a hot topic.

I believe that marriage is between a woman and a man.

If a same sex couple or a couple of the opposite sex wishes to live together, use the same insurance plan together, live in the same house. That's their choice. I consider that a union, but not a marriage.

Libby, thank you for sharing. This is one show that we never have watched....oh, maybe, snippets as we were changing channels......but there were so many other opportunities for watching tv.....we just skipped this show.
