Why do you have to be 25 to get an auto insurance discount?

Have you ever heard that you have to be 25 to start receiving an auto insurance discount. Why should a 25 year old pay less than a 22 or 23 year old driver. I do agree experience does play a role in overall safety and can help prevent accidents in some cases, however I think everyone should have a fair car insurance rate no matter what age they are.

People in Kansas

Everything is cheap in the country. Wichita is one of the best cities I have ever lived in. Everyone is very friendly and there is a whole lot of stuff to do.
