hi, i have just started this today, just finishing off a glass, first few tastes where horrid,getting used to it now tho. and i can feel the effect it has on your bowels already.

Day 4 (yesterday) went well, felt the best I've felt in a long time. However, today (day 5), I feel light headed, dizzy and I'm started to get nervous.

Thanks for the response wolfgangsmom. Each time I have to drink it, it seems to go down a little easier. Although I still can't get over the cayanne pepper taste.

Okay so I made made my first batch of the lemonade this morning and I have to agree with gstir, the taste is vile, especially with the cayanne pepper in it.

I've been reading alot about this cleanse and I think I'm going to give it a go. I'm a HUGE carb-aholic so this will probably kill me.
