If you're worried about pesticides and such, just get one that hasn't been sprayed, though disease and general insect population rarely leaves the deciduous to the evergreen, but normally if an evergreen has a problem it either has completely brown, or no needles.

Every school I have worked at have thankfully had a no mobile phone policy, the same for other electrical equipment such as mp3 players. If a mobile phone is so necessary for students, then surely everyone who went to school 10 years and more ago are quacking from psychological damage! If any of my students has a mobile in school and are found out, it is taken away and returned at the end of term, whether that be one day, or 8 weeks away.

People say they need it for emergencies yet also state that phones should not be used in lessons, so I assume emergencies only occur once lessons have finished? Guess what, schools have phones, sock horror! Also oddly enough if you need a message sent to a student, the receptionist will look to see what lesson they are in, the phone that teacher so you can talk directly to your son/daughter on the school phone. Who knew schools had progressed from carrier pidgeons!

It is quite common here for people who marry abroad to make it legal once they come home afterwards as it is far easier to do so than to hire someone to translate documents and such.

The only thing I watch daily the the news while I'm getting ready for work in the morning, its normally on for 30-40 minutes depending on what has happened in the world. If there is something I think might be interesting for school I watch and record it, but apart from that I don't watch anything really.

It takes more carbondioxide to make a solar panel, than a panel can counteract in its lifetime, much like windturbines. If the UK was sunny all the time and every roof was covered in solar panels, we pay power one city if we are lucky, they are extremely inefficient.

Ours are, there are really so called rules about it, most people just stick to natural decorations, so we always have a living tree and plain decorations on it and things like berries. The main difference is just the lack of christmas themed decorations, like with actual images of Santa on.
