The farm to school scheme is used in alot of places here and companies such as the Co-op sell fairtrade and organic foods to local schools at very low prices. If you look on the alcohol councel guide, you can get it from alcoholism groups and websites, every country with strict procedures on alcohol apart from countries where if is illegal, have extremely high rates of alcoholism and alcohol related death/illness. Yet in countries where laws and views on alcohol are very lax, the incident of alcohol related death/illness and alcoholism is virtually nill.
