Here in the UK a dog mauled a little boy, he was 2 maybe three, he had been taunting the dog, the dog attacked him. His grandparents then explained the dog was bought for the children to play with, the dog had never been on a walk, never been allowed in the house unless in a cage and was taught to bite.
