She didn't gain any weight and never needed any maternity clothes, my mum was the same way though. She had her baby at home so there was no need for a hospital visit, she spent the day resting then went back to how she normally is. Remember there is no need to over eat or gain any weight during pregnancy, so I don't see why it's so unusual that a woman remained healthy during pregnancy.
