I read. I had my T.V. disconnnected about four months ago and it was the best thing I ever did for my two teenagers. One actually picked up a broom, for the first time in her life without being asked. I still haven't gotten them into reading the way I would like, but at least they are up and moving now. When Foster Families Adopt - Blog Entry25 Jan 2007 03:54 PM I kept foster children in my home after my two birth children were finished school and wee pursueing their careers. I adopted them after three year in my home. If anyone is really interested in adopting , this is the way to go. It has been very rewarding and also stressful at times. I do know why God gave us children why we are young. I loved keeping kids that have no home, and I would still keep foster kids if my husband was still willing. Chris is now 18 and Stephanie is 15. Chris was 4 when he came to live with us in foster care and stephanie was 13 months. god bless anyone who will adopt or be a foster parent, it is the only thing in life I feel liken I have sacrificed for.
