Wow!

Okay so it's been a terribly long time since I have updated my journal, and I definitely need to get on that. I don't use this that much, and if you are bored, you can go check out either of my blogs. Summer's End

It seems so ridiculous to type Summer\\\'s End, when writing a title for this post, but yet...that is what it is. Due to year-round school, three of my five children return to school tomorrow - as third, fourth and fifth graders. I cannot believe it\\\'s time already and that my children are a whole year older. Of course, having them return to school has its benefits.

Halloween 2006

Thank goodness it's over. I have never been too fond of that one particular night of the year. I am not much into the creepy costumes and decorations, as well as I hate all the candy my kids wind up with, that they want to eat constantly from the moment they receive it while walking away from a house, to the moment each individual piece is completely gone.

Where do you get your ideas for pages?

I seem to be in a bit of a rut with my pages. Where do you get ideas for new pages? I know there are so many books out there but I can't afford to buy them.

Mini scrapbooks anybody?

I love making mini-scrapbooks and probably do a lot more than I normally would but they make great gifts and with five kids everyone loves pics of them all :) They are a great way to showcase a few...

I do feel that Wal-mart needs to own up to some responsibility though in fairness they did offer to replace the mp3 player.

China to limit internet video access

The whole thing is ridiculous Janet. I wish they would get rid of the spammers and not worry about all the rest of the stuff they limit. Oh, and that video is ADORABLE!

Curriculum Question

When I decided to homeschool my son, I knew I wanted to cut costs where I could. Obviously knowing that curriculum was important, I designed my own.
