My article tomorrow is going to deal with storage containers, it's already written, but I will go back and add a bit to answer your question, because I think it's a great one. If you still have any other questions - just ask! I'm glad you are enjoying them - I am so addicted to this method of cooking, I cannot imagine not doing some form of it monthly! My Name is Traci...and I am a Frugaholic - Blog Entry03 Apr 2007 10:53 AM Traci, Welcome! So glad you are with us in the frugal living blog. I love your stuff so far! And I totally relate to the "How can I create this myself" metality. Is it born in us? Anyway! Welcome!!! :) Saving On Trash Bags - Blog Entry05 Mar 2007 08:12 PM That's a great idea, and we've done that ourselves. It does protect the bottom of the bag because if you throw away wet stuff, whether food or whatever...it can break through the bag. Great advice!! Scrapbooking Your New Family Pet - Blog Entry01 Mar 2007 08:54 PM Thanks Lisa! She's a sweetie! And lots of fun scrapbook memories are definitely in the works! New Cheap Date Ideas - Blog Entry19 Feb 2007 12:24 PM I love finding cheap, frugal, yet fun things to do for a "date night". It is important to keep the "fun" part or else you won't enjoy it enough to repeat it. There are dozens of ways to frugally have fun on a date, and your tickets to the community productions is a great idea! Friday Funnies: Living On A Budget - Blog Entry19 Feb 2007 12:22 PM lol that was another friday funny. With all the freezer cooking I do, and teach about, I've heard some pretty hilarious stories about people thawing out the wrong thing only to have no dinner to serve. I loved the story, though I am sure your priest did not find it quite as funny :) Ways To Save Money In The Kitchen - Blog Entry26 Jan 2007 05:18 AM Traci me too. I love casseroles. It's the easiest way to get dinner on the table fast. Plus clean up is certainly easier than having different pots for each thing. Lately, I've gotten into creating casseroles to freeze so I can just pop them in the oven at night when I'm ready. Yummy! Oh and you're welcome for the article. I'm really glad it helped! :) Diary of an Overweight Mom-Blonde Ambitions - Blog Entry25 Jan 2007 02:24 PM Bless your heart Catherine. We've all been there. Here's a tip: If your hair keeps turning orange or red when you are trying to color it blonde, try an ash shade. Like medium ash blonde or light ash blonde or whatever. Just look for one with ash. It strips the red away and helps quite a bit. Is it a Cake or is it a Muffin? - Blog Entry25 Jan 2007 02:21 PM Catherine - this sounds so yummy! I'm definitely going to try it out. It sounds like the perfect quick breakfast for those speedy mornings! Thanks for sharing! A Glimpse Into My Price Book - Blog Entry25 Jan 2007 01:57 PM LOL Mary Ann, I should probaby devulge that those are not "top name brand" breads either. But they work well for us. :) I need to probably put a few entries in for items like Bunny Bread and Wonder which are our favorites around here!
