Glad I could make you laugh.

Bluetree - the Ebay idea is a great one, I agree. It's just nice to make money off things you actually spent money on anyway, and ebay is the place to do it! Good luck!

Finding Time to Record The Memories - Time Management Strategies That Work - Blog Entry

That's a perfect time to write! Especially because I'm known to be outside quite a bit. For me however, I'm often with other adults while I'm outside and have the worst time concentrating. If you can, try to spend alone time outside, even if you are watching the kiddos! :)

Movie Fun For Less - Blog Entry

I too have never had any problem bringing candy into a movie theater. I'd actually be horrified if a movie theater attendant thought they could take anything away from me or my child. Maybe it is just around our neck of the woods that our movie theaters are more tolerant?

Obviously they would rather you purchase it from them which I understand, and they offer deals so that it comes with popcorn and soda and we do sometimes buy it, but most of the time we just bring it from home.

I'm sure if they saw me carrying in a popcorn bag and a couple of gas station soda's that would be a whole different story. LOL

I really don't see why anyone would actually have a problem, and thankfully I have not been faced with one.

In fact, just Sunday we went and saw Pirates 2, and we put candy in paper bags for each kid. Each of our five children walked in carrying the bags and proudly ate them out in the open. Nobody said a word and we noticed at least two other families in that packed theater had done the same.

So of course, I will caution everyone to use your better judgement when bringing something into a place like that, but as long as you're carrying in some candy, I just cannot see a problem with it.

Thanks for the thoughts :)

Frugal Uses For Baking Soda - Blog Entry

You're welcome - you might also like to know that it works for spaghetti stains too. You know how those plastic containers have that orange tint after you've kept something with red sauce in them? Well use a little baking soda, mix it with warm water. Let it soak (Stir every couple of hours). By the evening time you should be able to wipe the orange right out of the container. It's worked for almost all of mine.

Thank you. My story is a long one - an emotional journey of sorts. I am sure I will have some of you in tears, and some of you begging for more. I was truly blessed throughout my search. Of course, there were times during the search I didn't feel so blessed. In fact, I got discouraged often even if I don't convey that as much now. My journals tell a very different story!

Have You Always Known? - Blog Entry

Many families celebrate "adoption day". In my house however, that was different. We did not celebrate adoption day. I do know the date it was finalized because it was on the paperwork. I think your husband is truly blessed because his mother was so wonderfully truthful with him. He needs to at least count those blessings. Don't worry - we'll find her!
