I'm not sure that I can cure your brown thumb, but there are ways to help. Look for plants that are resiliant. You can do research on them on the internet. Look for plants that can thrive in shade OR hot sun. Also look for flowers or plants that might not need to be watered daily, or set up a time each day where you can run a sprinkler for a few minutes (usually in the AM). There are a lot of flowers out there that require no work other than planting. Best of luck!
