How a Kitchen Product Can Become Ribbon Storage - Blog Entry

13 Sep 2007 06:56 PM

TRD, (I love your nickname!) I am so glad you loved the idea. It wasn't all mine because somewhere I had seen it done before I did it. I have been doing it for about six months, but just organized it all again. I understand about a lot of ribbon, and I cannot imagine what it would be like to be in the biz, LOL I'd have to add on a whole room with my obsession! :D

Kitty, you are so welcome. It has been a lot of fun to use this as my method for my loose ribbon storage. I have a lot so this was a lifesaver and made it so easy to see what was available at a glance.

Viral Emails: Have You Seen the One About...? - Blog Entry

Courtney, I love those types of "viral" emails. Is this the picture you are referring to in the first one? http://www.synthstuff.com/mt/archives/maggies-farm-big-dog-baby.jpg If it is, that is not a Newfoundland, but it is a Neopolitan Mastiff. Although I can very easily see that exact type of picture with a Newfie as the dog since they are so incredibly wonderful (we had five and my mother ran the St. Louis rescue for years) LOL

Thanks for reminding me of all these.

Great idea - I do that too. Everytime something rips or gets a tear or something is worn or stained, we save it for just that reason. Saves big time on paper towels and other items.
